Gender equality is at the heart of Bureau Veritas' human resources policy.
On this day of Celebration of Women's Rights, we organized a debate among employees on the theme "The difficulties encountered by women employees at work". Difficulties such as gender equality in administration, career management and the choice of women for positions of responsibility as well as the place of women in Malian society were raised. This exchange, led by the human resources and QHSE (quality, health, safety and environment at work) teams, gave everyone an opportunity to express themselves, share their feelings and find solutions.
The company's managers reaffirmed their commitment and availability to support women in managing their careers.
