With 120 years of experience in Africa and more than 15 years in Mali, we have developed a strong knowledge of the country, its activities and its challenges. We contribute to its development through our involvement in the verification of imports and work for the respect of standards and regulations to create a safer environment.

Our key dates

2004

Opening of Bureau Veritas' office in Mali, with Technical Building Inspection as its first activity.

the import and export obligations in Mali

2007

We launched our activities in Government Services and International Trade (GSIT).
Our regulatory services gain immediate momentum with the implementation of an Import Verification Program and the operation of 4 scanners at border crossings for the Government of Mali.

2016

Opening of the mineral sample laboratory in Bamako

2018

Our regulatory activities keep moving forward. We intervene as a Technical Expertise Centre for import operations and in the operation and maintenance of 8 additional scanners at border posts.
